All products sold through our store are digital downloads, which are instantly accessible after completing checkout.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be granted. All sales are final. This is due to the irrevocable nature of the delivery and receipt of digital products; digital products cannot be returned, and the downloads cannot be reversed after delivery/access.

No Returns or Exchanges

As digital products are intangible by nature, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All sales are final.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid orders are considered a violation of this policy. In the case that there is a technical or access issue with your purchase, please contact us first and we will assist you with resolving the issue promptly.

Please note that transaction records, download logs, and proof of delivery of file/s are retained and may be used to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
